OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — Gov. Jay Inslee has signed a handful of measures making it easier for certain businesses to serve alcohol.
Two of the bills signed Tuesday create licenses that permit theaters to sell wine and beer, or beer wine and hard liquor, to patrons 21 and over.
