Madonna’s World Tour tickets sold out; reps add second show
Madonna, who performed during the NFL football's Super Bowl XLVI's halftime show last Sunday, announced she will go on tour this year.

UPDATE: Madonna's Seattle concert this fall is officially sold out. But due to overwhelming demand, reps for the diva announced today they are adding a second show for Oct. 3. Tickets for the encore show go on sale Feb. 21 at 10 a.m.

It seems this year’s Super Bowl half time show was just a warm up for the Material Girl.

Madonna announced this week her plans for a world tour, which kicks off this May in Tel Aviv, Israel. Shows are also planned for Canada, South America, and Australia- where she has not performed in 20 years.  The tour will stop in 26 European cities including London, Paris, Milan and Berlin.

Seattlites can catch the show when it rolls into town Oct. 2 at the Key Arena. Tickets for the show go on sale this Monday at Ticketmaster.com and LiveNation.com. 

Last week also saw the release of Madonna’s new single, “Give Me All Your Luvin” from her highly anticipated new album MDNA. The album is scheduled to be released on March 26.
