SEATTLE - It's Halloween, and trick or treating has gone high-tech.

It turns out, there's a fine-tuned science to candy begging; now mapping out where you can get the most and the best stuff.

One of the best? 17th and Prospect in the North Capitol Hill neighborhood. One neighbor said there were 800 kids that came through there last year.

They say it's not because of the fancy decorations -- although they help -- but that kids are now hopping on their computers to find the best neighborhoods to go.

Last year, die hard Halloweeners went out and tracked where they nabbed the most and best loot. Then, with the help of real estate mapping site Zillow.com, they mapped out the best neighborhoods. The data was compiled on a blog site, giving kids a handy reference guide on where to concentrate their efforts.

Blue means fun size bars only; the yellow and orange means they've got the goods.

Another sweet spot listed is a Laurelhurst neighborhood.

It's where Jeannie Hale lives. Boxes and boxes of king size bars in her stash ready to hand out prove there may be some truth in the online Halloween homework.

"Kids can get 3 candy bars because I know parents love candy too," she said.

The best places to go aren't the richest neighborhoods either. In fact, they are some of the worst ones to hit according to the map
