Bus stunt captured on video
SEATTLE -- It certainly wasn't the safest spot to be riding a Metro bus, but it definitely was an attention-getter.

"I was coming down University Street last night, and I was behind a bus, then what happened is when I'm driving I saw somebody on the top of the bus, moving," said Tony, who asked that his last name not be used.

So Tony took out his camera and started rolling.

At one point a street sign comes within inches of the man's head as the bus passes underneath with the man riding on top of the back of the bus.

"I was shocked, you know. I'd never seen (such a thing)," said Tony. "Was scared first for the guy who was on the bus."

As the bus rolled by crowds on the sidewalk, most of the onlookers cheered and laughed.

"That's what surprised me most, you know, should somebody call police, nobody did," Tony said.

Once Metro was alerted they had every driver on the route stop their buses and check to see if the rider was there, but he was already gone.
