SEATTLE -- Sheriff's deputies have arrested two teenagers in the death of a 16-year-old boy who was fatally shot at an apartment building in the Boulevard Park neighborhood.

Sheriff spokesman John Urquhart said investigators believe James Jametsky was selling marijuana to the two suspects when he was shot at the Fairway Lanai Apartments on the evening of October 30.

Jametsky was at the apartments babysitting his 3 year-old nephew at the time, Urquhart said.

The two suspects who were arrested are 14 and 15 years old. Urquhart said the younger boy is believed to be the shooter.

Both teens are being held in a juvenile detention facility.
