Locations of emergency shelters
The Red Cross, Seattle City Light and Seattle Parks and Recreation have opened up a number of shelters throughout western Washington for residents whose homes are still without power.
Residents seeking shelter are asked to bring: toiletries, personal hygiene items, medication, blankets, sleeping bags, pillows, clothing, towels and washcloth.
Organizers suggest bringing a stuffed animal, toys, games, books, and/or a favorite blanket for small children.
Several of the shelters have closed after power was restored to the area.
