New Card Game Pokes Fun At Dot-Com World
SEATTLE - The dot-com bust may have been the best thing to happen to a Seattle man. Even though Rich Koehler lost his job, it inspired him to try something new.

He created a game. It's a card game called "Burn Rate". It pokes fun at the dot-com world.

"'Burn Rate' means how fast you're losing money. And that's what you calculate every turn", says Koehler, 31. The players are CEOs and they can make bad decisions just like they do in the real world.

"'Burn Rate is a humorous satire of one of the most ridiculous time periods in my lifetime," says Koehler.

The game sells for $15.95. You can find it at Tully's coffee stores, Wizards of the Coast, or some Border Bookstores.
