Online Job Sites Targeting Blue-Collar Market
SEATTLE - Usually when you think of online job-application sites, you think of big-ticket, white-collar gigs.
But now, the services are looking to get a foothold in the blue-collar market, too.
For example, Monster.com will use an ad during this Sunday's Super Bowl to tout changes in its listings and application process geared to workers paid by the hour.
Other sites are already taking such listings -- or will be soon.
