Meet The Millionaire Matchmaker
She's found her niche market in Seattle, a place with more millionaires per capita than any other city in the country. Her clients are rich men, and her members are good looking, professional women.
This worldwide service is for men who've made millions but never met their match. Stelmack is picky about who she accepts into the organization.
"There are no trust-fund babies here, only self-made men," says Stelmack. "They have to be sincere about meeting someone for the right reasons."
Daniela Ferdico, 31, lives in Seattle and is not the kind of person to go hang out in bars. She has two businesses to run. She's a neuropsychologist and owns an event planning company.
"It just sounded like an interesting thing, like someplace I can put my name out there, tell my story, show my picture and then let people come to me," says Ferdico.
Ferdico appeared on the first season of the ABC hit show 'The Bachelor' but she left after the first episode. "He wasn't my type and the show wasn't the kind of thing I thought it was going to be," Ferdico said.
She says the man of her dreams doesn't have to be a millionaire - just ambitious.
Trina Allen, 34, lives in Spokane and is a little more shy about the process- - she's told her family about 4M but not her friends. She says when she read about 4M, she knew instantly it was for her.
"It gave me an inner sense of excitement and happiness and: 'Wow! There's still another chance out there,' " said Allen.
She says money is far from her main concern.
"Humor -- sense of humor has to be number one," she says. "They can be short, fat, tall, ugly but if they can make me laugh there's just something about that."
There are 220 female members, and fewer than 50 men in the world have access to the pictures that are on a CD made by Stelmack.
"I actually had one client say to me getting the compact disc was like getting a box of chocolates," says Stelmack.
The business is less than two years old, but Stelmack says it's working: "Hopefully we'll have some matches and again this time next year I'd love to see some engagements, if not a marriage or two."
