Clothing Still Not Optional At Fremont Solstice Parade
SEATTLE - If you planned on getting naked and crazy at this weekend's Fremont Solstice Parade in Seattle, the naked part may well cost you.

A district court judge Tuesday denied a Seattle man's request that police not arrest anyone who goes nude at the parade, something that a number of parade participants have done for years.

David Zaitzeff says the state's indecent exposure law allows for public nudity as long as it's not in an obscene manner.

The judge said because Zaitzeff hasn't been arrested yet, he can't rule on his argument.

Now, as for getting crazy at the parade...well, it is Fremont after all.

Have fun.
