House Catches Fire Along Lake Union

SEATTLE - Firefighters had to battle a fire on a house along Lake Union waterfront Thursday morning.

The fire in the 2700 block of Westlake Avenue broke out around 10 a.m. and also burned part of a small boat.

Looking at pictures from Air 4, it appears firefighters were successful in preventing the fire from spreading to nearby houses.

No reports of any injuries or what the cause of the fire might have been.
