Police Believe They Have Bathroom Voyeur In Custody
SEATTLE - From gross to creepy -- to crazy.

Those were the reactions when we told people a man watched women in a public bathroom at the U-Village Barnes and Noble bookstore.

We now know that police have their restroom voyeur in custody on an unrelated charge. But he'll be back on the streets unless the victims in this case come forward.

"I think that's pretty gross that someone would watch someone go to the bathroom," said Monica George.

Police say a man hid inside the women's bathroom over the course of three months. Police say there are several victims, but the only details they'll say is if you were a victim of this voyeriusm, you'll certainly know it.

"We're fairly confident that any witnesses or victims who may have observed this man, will know what we're talking about," said officer Sean Whitcomb with the Seattle Police Department.

And if you do know what they are talking about, police want you to call 911 immediately.

They have a suspect in custody on an unrelated charge -- they won't say what. To build a strong case to keep him behind bars, they need more witnesses who used the women's room in April, May or this month.

Barnes and Noble didn't want to comment. Ad police are not releasing any information about what the man looks like, but he was not dressed like a woman.
