SEATTLE - On surveillance video captured by cameras outside Larry's Nightclub on 1st Avenue in Seattle you can see the initial confrontation between Seattle Seahawk Ken Hamlin and another man.

Five minutes of arguing and pushing and shoving are captured on the video before Hamlin and several other people race out of camera range. Moments later, in a fight not captured on camera, Hamlin is knocked to the ground and suffers a fractured skull, a blood clot on his brain, and a broken hand.

But now Seattle Police are looking at someone else also captured in that surveillance video. He's a 5'11' 200 pound man dressed in a blue hat, long shorts, and a white #45 jersey draped over his shoulders.

His family identifies him to KOMO 4 News as Terrell Milam, 31, a man with a long criminal record including a 1994 conviction for manslaughter.

Milam's family and official sources also confirm he is the same man whose body was found near Seward Park early Monday morning. He was murdered just a few hours after the fight in Pioneer Square.

The fight happened at 2 a.m. A jogger found the body at 5 a.m.

In an exclusive interview with KOMO 4 News, Milam's brother described what Milam was wearing that night. Then, watching the surveillance video for the first time, spotted his brother in the crowd.

Milam was not involved in the initial confrontation and was several feet away when the argument between Hamlin and the other man began.

Even so Tramaine Isabell makes a stunning allegation. He says his brother Terrell Milam is the man who knocked Hamlin to the ground.

"My brother knocks him out... one punch," said Isabell. "So then he goes walking up 1st (ave.) and then he comes up dead."

Isabell says detectives told them of his brother's death Monday afternoon.

Asked if simply by word of mouth on the streets he could be sure that his brother was involved in the Hamlin fight he said, "100 percent sure. (From) everybody that was there. All I did when I found out my brother was dead I called everybody and everybody told me this is what happened... 'your brother knocked out Ken Hamlin'."

Police tell KOMO 4 News that is a connection they can't yet confirm. They do not yet know if Terrell Milam did have a role in the nightclub fight. Seattle Police detectives were reviewing the surveillance tape Monday night.

"I hope the police finds out," said Tramaine Isabell, "before the streets finds out ... you know."
