SEATTLE - A lawsuit in the spinach E-coli case has been filed in Portland by the Seattle law firm that handled Jack in the Box and Odwalla E. coli cases.

The firm Marler Clark is representing 26-year-old Gwyn Wellborn of Salem who is recovering at home after suffering kidney failure.

Attorney Bill Marler says the firm also is represent two children from Milwaukee and may represent four others infected in Utah.

The Seattle law firm previously handled Jack in the Box and Odwalla E-coli cases
