He has more than 20 years of experience as an IT Manager in a variety of business environments. As an independent consultant since 2000, has held interim contract roles as Executive Director, Director and as Program / Project Manager with Fortune 500 clients.

David began his career in working with phone companies engineering the Bell Telephone Systems Divestures. University training: Mechanical Engineering, MSU. He holds technical certifications on a wide range of enterprise telephone and carrier networking and communications equipment. He’s been a featured speaker (ITEC events) written articles for a range of publications including CertMag.com, MS Momentum and American Angler.

Seattle-based Harry Brelsford is founder of SMB Nation and author of 15 technology books on Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003 (SBS) and other small-medium business (SMB) technology topics.

For 15 years, Harry has consulted customers, fellow SMB consultants and IT Business Owners, while hosting presentations in over 60 worldwide cities, annually, and at his SMB Technology conference in Seattle every autumn. His most memorable consulting engagement was Peace Corps’ 76-country worldwide SBS deployment.
