An approximate list of city elevations (in feet) using the free Google Earth software (earth.google.com). Note some are ranges due to wide variance in elevation within the city, and I left off many places that are along immediate shorelines since their elevation is pretty obvious. Other cities that have really wide ranges (like, say, Shoreline, which goes from sea level to 450) I went with the higher levels. (Have any questions or think there are any egregious errors?
