SEATTLE -- The Seattle Police Department has released images of last weekend's suspected balcony burglar -- and given him a clever nickname -- in the hopes someone can identify him.

According to police, a resident confronted the would-be burglar on his third-floor balcony in the 2700 block of Elliot Avenue around 7:30 p.m. Sunday.

The suspect climbed down from the balcony and ran toward Pier 69, where he hopped a fence before disappearing, according to police.

Despite searching both land and water, police were unable to find the suspect, who detectives are apparently calling "Peter Parkour." Good one, detectives.
