Montlake Spite House
The Montlake Spite House sits on the corner of 24th Avenue East and East Boston in Seattle. The 830-square-foot home was originally built in 1925 and legend has it the owner put it up in spite after his next-door neighbor made a low ball offer to buy the pie-shaped property.
