Hoping to capitalize on the 4 percent increase in holiday shopping sales expected this year, a number of major retailers are offering Black Friday deals starting on Thanksgiving, including Toys "R" Us. The National Retail Federation came out with its holiday shopping forecast for the year. With sales numbers expected to increase by nearly 4 percent over last year, some major retailers are getting a jump start on the Black Friday sales rush by opening their doors on Thanksgiving. Here's a list of some of the stores that will be open and some which have decided to hold off until after the Holiday is over.
