Most made the rounds in e-mail in-boxes all year long.
The clip of Susan Boyle's performance cannot be embedded, so you'll have to jump over to YouTube to watch it if you haven't already seen it.
Here is the rest of the list:
#2 - David After Dentist
The video of a 7-year-old boy still woozy from dental surgery quickly made the rounds online and on TV, receiving about 37 million views.
#3 - JK Wedding Entrance Dance
Jill and Kevin definitely know how to make an entrance. The couple's wedding video has been watched 33 million times and even spoofed on the sitcom "The Office."

(Note that the number of video plays displayed on the actual YouTube pages for some of these clips don't match the above totals. YouTube says they aggregated view totals from multiple copies of the same clip for their final list.)
