Ashley, for Gods sake, why did you let someone talk you into that hairdo?Â
I don't get it...don't these people realize that a marriage is really a lot of hard work? Now, I want to know...does he beat her, were there affairs, does she have severe drug problems? What could there be that they cannot work through? Unless there is something as egregious as the above mentioned behaviors, don't people understand that things cannot always be wine and roses? I harken back to hearing a young woman, buying a gown for her wedding saying how much she wanted to go all out for "her first wedding"...when I asked her why she was bothering to get married if she didn't intend to be faithful "til' death do them part", she said "well, you know, people always grow apart"...something I don't believe. Marriage is about give and take...it makes me sad.
@takncarabizniz People who think that way don't realize that people grow TOGETHER too.
The Jiffy Pop is ready and it's atop Ashley's head!
Why is it so hard for these 'stars' to remain married? Â Mere mortals do it all the time (27+ years here) and while it's not always a bed of roses, it's not that hard either. Â At least they don't have kids.
@Doxie Congratulations! I will hit the 27 year mark this year and it's the only rollercoaster ride I wouldn't trade for the world!!!
@takncarabizniz  @Doxie Congratulations to you too!  I wouldn't trade either; you grow so much and in ways you didn't know you could when you stay with someone.  I think her sister is on her third marriage now?  Sad.
