Lindsay Lohan has a new mug shot
LOS ANGELES (AP) — The troubled 26-year-old actress turned herself in to police in California as a formality Tuesday, the day after she accepted a plea deal in her misdemeanor car crash case. A spokesman for the Santa Monica Police Department said she was booked then released.
Lohan was sentenced to spend five days in jail, but that time will be served in a locked-down rehabilitation facility. It's part of a plea deal that includes 90 days in rehab, 30 days of community labor, 18 months of psychological counseling, a fine and restitution.
Lohan pleaded no contest Monday to reckless driving and lying to police who were investigating the accident involving the actress in June along the Pacific Coast Highway. A charge of obstructing an officer was dropped.
Lohan also was found in violation of her probation in a 2011 necklace theft and sentenced to 180 days in jail. However, she can avoid that jail time if she complies with the conditions of her plea deal, which extends her probation for two years.
Superior Court Judge James R. Dabney set another hearing for May 2, when the court must be given proof of Lohan's enrollment in a treatment program.
After a pair of arrests for driving under the influence in 2007, Lohan has resolved her numerous legal issues without going to trial.
Sadly it wont be a surprise when we read about her passing away...from the looks of these latest pics I would say sooner than later.
Drew Barrymore and Robert Lowe are miracles who prove that she should never give up. I am glad to see that rehab is part of her sentencing - a lock down rehab at that. I wish her the best of luck, the disease of addiction can be very difficult to battle... and is often fatal - no matter how much a person "wants" sobriety.

I don't believe anything the courts force her into will be her saving grace. She just doesn't care enough to change her behavior.  Â
She'd be perfect as the lead in "The Lindsay Lohan Story"...
Her mugshots can almost be "Faces of Meth" or in her case "Faces of Coke & Booze". She was a cute kid. Now she's an over-the-hill-before-30-has-been.Â
I pray she figures it out and turns her life around before she kills herself or someone else but I don't think that will be the case.Â

How does she afford those two lawyers, or do they have a contract where they get the first 20% off the top of any skank movie contract she gets ? all she will ever be in again is those movies on lifetime or Oxygen. then they probably have to battle with the "family" members who all live off this little skank, to get their retainer. Well when she wraps her car around a tree, no one will cry cept the parasitic family members who will then have to get a job. Especially her dad, Gawd that guy has a giant L tattooed on his forehead.Â
She's so fine. Gorgeous. But hope she gets things together.

Ugh, she is so ugly now, looks like she's over 40, though she's not. Sad to see that sweet innocent child from the Parent Trap end up such a waste of space. Should have locked her up for a year, that might have done something. Oh and her mother is no saint either.
@BluefireJaguar Locking her up won't do a thing. Drug addicts do not respond to jail/prison time. They get out and go right back to the drugs when the system uses their history to keep them from going anywhere in life. The only thing that works is true drug rehab and it only works if he drug addict decides for themselves to do it. Forcing anything on them is completely pointless.

Until they stop plea dealing with her, and put her behind bars for a long while, she'll never stop. I would think she'd get sick of spending so much time in court, with police, judges, etc. She needs help and the legal system is not doing her any favors!

@Funky-Munky Perhaps if people like you wouldn't spew so much hatefulness and cruelty toward people in her disposition, more people in her disposition would have a chance at turning their lives around.   Imagine reading comments like yours as they were from someone else and they were about you while you try to find any reason at all to straighten out.Â
This woman is likely never going to turn her life around. It takes a village to raise a child. Perhaps if the village would actually do something instead of pizzing on children like her, children like her would have a fighting chance. They aren't going to choose to make an effort if no one gives them a reason to other than fear of prison.
