Playboy an inspiration for Jenny McCarthy show

PASADENA, Calif. (AP) — Jenny McCarthy says she's looking to Hugh Hefner's old "Playboy After Dark" as an inspiration for her new talk show.
The actress and former Playboy Playmate will host a late-night talk show Fridays on VH1 starting Feb. 8. After years of being tied up in unproductive development deals, McCarthy said Saturday she came to realize the best character she could play was herself.
She's looking for a party atmosphere. One segment she plans with celebrity guests is the "groundbreaking interview," which is talking to guests while both are lying on the ground.
McCarthy also plans a game, "Drunk, Dumb or Both," asking men outside a bar questions like, "what color is a red boat?"

Ok, ive got to hand it to her. For a gal that hasnt been relevant since Singled Out back in 1995, she sure has somehow managed to keep herself in the public eye.
@thatsjarrod Yes!  She cured her son's autism!
this woman was the host to some relatively recent reality show (I mercifully cannot remember the name)... she was brutally horrible... I can only imagine they were subjecting prisoners at Gitmo to her episodes in an effort to break them down. Brutal!
@TruthinAdverts Why do you watch that crap?
@Isadora @TruthinAdverts Sometimes one has too just see the isiocy for themselves :) I got caught up in Amish Mafia the other night. The whole time I am thinking, "This is the stupidest thing I have ever seen" Lost all respect for the Amish as well.
If you don't watch it it won't stick around. The problem is, you watch it anyway.Â
Â
Why does garbage programming exist? Because you watch it.Â
 @jowsuf Not this kid.
Stay classy America.Â
Ugh. what a waste of space she is. Â How many kds have died because of her ignorant and insane ideas about vaccinations??? Â ANd people pay her to do a talk show? Â
Jenny McCarthy had a show in the 90's on MTV. Â She had great guest bands... Â
And the "dumbing down" of America continues. Only in 'Merica, can Kris Jenner get angry at Kanye West for asking his "peeps" to give props to his loser slut/baby mama.....A.K.A. Kim Kardashian about their newly coming dysfunctional offspring....thus costing "the family" 500K because they lost the "exclusive announcement." Only in 'Merica, can Honey Boo Boo, and her fat ass family be rich for being totally screwed up in the head, out of control, and in need of a whuppin. (the media calls that "precocious") Back in the day, to be rich, you had to have schooling, work ethic, and brains. NOW......all you need to be rich, is to be a lucky IDIOT. No WONDER other countries mock us.
@Wolfen We must bring back The Brady Bunch and I Love Lucy to gain respect from other countries again.
Sounds...what's the word I'm looking for...oh, yeah, BORING!
Â
Luckily, I don't get VH1 so I won't even be tempted.
