Seattle woman captures Sean's heart on 'The Bachelor'

SEATTLE -- There were fireworks on "The Bachelor" Monday night as Sean Lowe proposed to Seattle's own Catherine Giudici.
Giudici was given the final rose -- and a proposal -- during a dramatic ceremony in Thailand.
The 26-year-old graphic designer accepted the proposal, and the couple has already said they want to get married as soon as possible.
The ceremony will be televised on ABC, but a date has not been set.
The network also announced on Tuesday that Lowe is headed to "Dancing with the Stars."
Lowe will be competing for the disco-ball trophy when the show returns for its 16th season. He will partner with Peta Murgatroyd.

Catherine is such a lovely young woman, and I am so happy for her and Sean. These Bachelor relationships donât have a great track record, but I think that these two will actually make it.I am really glad that I was able to catch the finale because I am traveling for my job at DISH this week.I used to have so much trouble keeping up with my favorite shows while out of town with, but now I just use DISH Anywhere to watch live and recorded TV off of my DVR at home.
Can someone explain to me the reason anybody watches this? For the life of me I just dont get it.
I'll give them 4 months.
@Isadora Or at least until the check clears.  She probably had to sign a contract saying that they stay together for at least 6 months to make it look real.  lol
A dream come true for ANY couple. Â Vacations fully funded, Ring, Wedding, Video and Photo coverage... ALL paid for by ABC. Â I'd be happy if someone paid my entire way on the dating up until marriage, too. Â That whole show is a big facade setup and it's so easy to get all caught up on that damn show.
As it was said by Steve Buscemi in "The Wedding Singer".... Â They'll be divorced in a year.
Garbage!Â
In other news... a raffle program will be offered to determine the length this marriage lasts now that the tv paid luxury trips and accommodations are gone... buy your tickets today to lock in your chance to win on their failure!
Better get a pre-nump dude...
Chance of success----3 out of the 24 (combined shows bachlor and bachlorette) are still together. their chance of success low
Burning Love.....
2013 version of the Dating Game..
This is the last place I'd go looking for someone to marry. The whole thing is just EWWW!
It'll never make it to the "ceremony".
And not a single eff was given...
@HawkEye That would be a deal-breaker for me.
She's a "graphic designed?" Like a hologram or something?Â
