SEATTLE - The family of a woman whose body was found floating in Puget Sound last month is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of her killer, police said.

The woman, identified as Greggette Renee Guy, 51, of Kent was found floating about 30 feet off shore of the 3800 block of Beach Drive SW, near Alki Point, on March 12.

Police later determined that she had been murdered.

Homicide detectives believe she parked her red 2010 Buick Lacrosse in the 4400 block of Beach Drive Southwest and had planned to take a walk along the beach the night before, Detective Jeff Kappel said.

Her killer remains at large, and police are asking the public for help in identifying and prosecuting the suspect.

Anyone with information or who saw suspicious activity in the area on the evening of Sunday, March 11, is asked to call 911, the Seattle Police homicide tip line at (206) 233-5000 or Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound at 1-800-222-TIPS. Anonymous tips are welcome.

Guy worked as a credit analyst at Kent-based Pacific Aero Tech LLC, which repairs and services aircraft windows, avionics and instruments.

She attended Central Washington University where she received her B.S. in accounting and marketing and Highline Community College where she earned her associate degree in business, according to her LinkedIn profile.
