Interview with survivor of Idaho mine fire

In May, 1972 the Sunshine Silver mine in North Idaho exploded in flames. Ron Flory was nearly 5,000 feet down when the fire broke out, and he and a his mining partner were the only survivors

In an interview with KOMO radio, he talks about how the Chilean miners have a long road ahead and how he passed the time trapped in the dark. He was rescued after eight days in the dark.
