Hope Solo won't be the only Seattle athlete in ESPN the Magazine's Body Issue, which features nude and semi-nude athletes.

Apolo Ohno also will appear in the issue, which hits newsstands Oct. 7.

The Olympic speedskater and the former Huskies goalkeeper are part of a roster of more than 20 athletes who will almost bare it all.

Solo, currently competing on "Dancing with the Stars," tweeted last month that she would appear in the issue, surprising editor-in-chief Chad Millman.

Millman told USA Today that Solo sent the tweet out before he had a chance to stop her:

That's an interesting story. … We want to keep the names of the athletes under wraps for a variety of reasons. … So Hope was in her trailer getting ready. And Sue Hovey, the executive editor who puts the whole 'Body Issue' together, walked in and was talking with Hope's publicist, I think. They were telling the story about how they try to keep the names under wraps. At that point, Hope was like, 'So I shouldn't be tweeting out that I'm getting ready to go naked for ESPN The Magazine?' She had just sent it out. … That's also an indication of how much more difficult it is to keep these things under wraps. When we do, we feel like we accomplished something.

Ohno, who coincidentally has also appeared on "Dancing with the Stars," is the most decorated U.S. winter Olympian of all time with eight medals.

Other athletes appearing in the Body Issue include snowboarder Gretchen Bleiler, paralympian Jeremy Campbell, auto racer Helio Castroneves, hockey player Julie Chu, basketball player Sylvia Fowles, surfer Steph Gilmore, basketball player Blake Griffin, marathoner Ryan Hall, track and field star Natasha Hastings, roller derby competitor Suzy Hotrod, football player Steven Jackson, UFC fighter Jon Jones, hockey player Ryan Kesler, bowler Kelly Kulick, boxer Sergio Martinez, golfer Belen Mozo, baseball player Jose Reyes, gymnast Alicia Sacramone, snowboarder Louie Vito and tennis player Vera Zvonareva.
