BATTLE GROUND, Wash. - A man held several youths at gunpoint Sunday evening after they shot at him with a very real-looking BB gun outside a Taco Bell here.

It happened in the 1700 block of West Main Street about 8:30 p.m., according to Battle Ground police.

The man called 911 saying he had four youths at gunpoint after they shot at him as he was leaving the restaurant, police said. The man, who was not hit, was told to put his gun away.

When officers arrived, they determined that two other patrons had also had plastic BBs fly their way.

Police said the youths were using an airsoft-type gun, which shoots plastic BBs by means of air or spring tension.

One of the youths was arrested for fourth-degree assault and reckless endangerment, police said.
