CLACKAMAS, Ore. - The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office identified the two people killed in the shooting rampage at the Clackamas Town Center on Tuesday. One person was injured.
Steve Mathew Forsyth, 45
One of the victims of the shooting spree Tuesday at the Clackamas Town Center was a father of two children and a local marketing business owner. He lived in West Linn.
Steve Forsyth, 45, founded and operated Big Feat Marketing and had a long history of working in the marketing business in the Portland area, according to a bio post on his website.
"Steven Mathew Forsyth was a loving husband, father of two children, a son, a brother, an uncle, a longtime youth sports coach and a friend to the many people who had the privilege to meet him," the statement said.
"Steve was one of the most passionate people with a true entrepreneurial spirit," the family said. "He had a great sense of humor and zest for life. He had a vision and a belief in others that brought great joy and value to many lives. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him."
He also contributed articles on marketing to the Portland Business Journal, a KATU.com news partner. Dennis Glasgow worked with Forsyth for the Entercomm radio group, according to the Portland Business Journal.
“It’s still pretty shocking,” said Glasgow, who last worked as program director for the KPAM radio station. “He was a very popular guy, very gregarious. He was a smart business guy and a good radio man.”
Cindy Yuille, 54
The woman killed in the shooting was identified as 54-year-old Cindy Ann Yuille.
In a statement, Yuille's family said "Cindy was everybody's friend. She was a wonderful person who was very caring and put others first."
Cindy was a hospice care nurse for Kaiser Permanente in Portland. Co-workers contacted by KATU News on Wednesday were devastated by the news of her death.
She lived in Northeast Portland.
Kristina Shevchenko
A girl who was shot and injured is recovering at Oregon Health and Science University.
A hospital spokeswoman said Kristina Shevchenko is in “serious” condition at the hospital. Shevchenko’s family said they did not want to hospital to release any more details.
I was just about to ask when were we gonna hear about his victims and not him just right before I saw this headline. Glad I finally got my answer. RIP.

So very sad, & so senseless. Satan is hard @ work, distroying the good decient people, using the very young & distraught one's. I pray for the families of these nice people who's live's were taken way to soon, that they will be able to find confort through the one who provide's it, Jehovah God & his son Jesus.

to many twisted minds in the world of lifes web
so sad my thoughts & prayers to the families
Don't understand why people are hurting so badly that they feel like killing others in such a violent and senseless way. My facebook friends and I are praying for the families of the victims that they will find peace in there hearts at this holiday time. They sound like loving and caring people that where living there lives.
Very sad - 2 people taken way too soon in a completely senseless act of violence. Â
This s such a tragedy. We have lost two wonderful people who contribute so much to our society. I realized when my own mother was dying how invaluable Hospice Nurses are to a family. They are the most tender, loving and giving people, sometimes they have to be your strength when you have none during the transistion of your loved one.

@deadcandance I'm just going to ditto your comment. It's exactly what I wanted to say.
The victims sound like amazing people who contributed so much to the people around them. Â My condolences. Â The sad thing is that I would guess that either of the victims would have not hesitated to help the shooter, had they encountered him in their daily lives. Â My hope is that anyone with those dark angry thoughts will reach out to someone. Â People are good, life is good, problems are fleeting.Â
