2 hurt in crash on Bainbridge Island

BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, Wash. -- Two people were seriously hurt in a head-on crash on Bainbridge Island Monday afternoon.
The crash happened on SR-305 just after 2 p.m. near the Agate Pass Bridge, Bainbridge Island police said.
Both drivers were flown by helicopter to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle and were listed in critical condition.
Police haven't said what caused the crash, but the investigation closed both lanes of the road for several hours, affecting travel to and from Bainbridge Island.

The crash was only about 2 minutes ahead of my car. There were utility trucks on the side of the road. My guess is the one car that landed on top of the guard rail went to pass/ (it's only a two lane road) and slammed into the mini van.Â
