2 dead in Thurston County crash

TUMWATER - The State Patrol reports two men have died after a vehicle crash on a rural road in the early morning darkness Saturday.

Troopers say both men were thrown out of a westbound 2002 Jeep Wrangler when it left the roadway at high speed and rolled over about 2:30 a.m. on Saturday.

No other vehicles were involved.

Troopers say alcohol and speed were factors in the crash.

The victims were identified as 29-year-old Jeromy James Colson of Olympia, the driver, and 31-year-old Aarron Dellane Heiser of Tumwater, the passenger.
