POLSON, Mont. (AP) - A lower Yakima Valley man pleaded innocent Wednesday to charges of rape, robbery and tampering with evidence in Montana.

Ismael Orduno of Grandview, Wash., is accused of dragging a woman into the men's restroom of a Polson tavern and raping her on July 28. The 21-year-old Orduno is also accused of stealing money from her purse and of changing shirts with another man to conceal his identity.

According to Lake County District Court records, evidence in the case includes images from a surveillance camera.

Over prosecutors' objections, District Judge C.B. McNeil granted a bail reduction $100,000 to $25,000.
