Scott Michael Riley stands before a judge during a bail hearing on Thursday, May 10, 2007.
KENT, Wash. (AP) - A former Federal Way elementary teacher who pleaded guilty in December to assaulting an 11-year-old girl at school is in trouble again.
The 53-year-old Puyallup man, Scott Riley, was charged Tuesday with molesting a young relative about five years ago. He'll be arraigned Sept. 8 at the Regional Justice Center in Kent.
Riley avoided jail time in December with a plea agreement and was ordered to register as a sex offender and undergo treatment for sexual deviancy.
Court documents say he disclosed during treatment that he touched a relative sexually when she stayed overnight at his home.
The King County prosecutor's office says if convicted this time, Riley could be sentenced to more than four years in prison.
