Drive-by shooting injures 1 in Tacoma
TACOMA - Police are investigating a report of a drive-by shooting early Friday morning that left a victim injured.
Officers said the shooting happened just after midnight in the 4600 block of Portland Avenue in Tacoma.
A black Chevy Suburban rolled up and someone inside fired shots at a single person, who was hit in the leg, according to investigators.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
An investigation into the shooting is ongoing. No arrests have been reported as of Friday at 11 a.m.
