PARKLAND, Wash. - Four people were hurt, including two children, when their car was struck Sunday afternoon by a suspected drunk driver in a Ford Explorer who then fled the scene, police said.

Investigators say the driver didn't get far. He crashed again a few blocks later and a nearby citizen held him until police came and arrested him.

Four people were in the Pontiac Sunbird that was struck, including two girls ages 12 and 8. All were taken to the hospital, where they were treated and later released.

The driver of the Ford Explorer could have his first court appearance on Monday.
