Oregon teen charged with tanning salon peeping

McMINNVILLE, Ore. (AP) - An 18-year-old Sheridan man has been charged with two counts of invasion of personal privacy after customers at his parents' tanning salon claimed they had been photographed while tanning.

Yamhill County sheriff's deputies say the two victims, women ages 19 and 28, claimed that Collin Tyler Serres held a cell phone camera over the wall of a tanning booth to photograph them as they tanned.

Deputies asked that anyone with information about similar incidents contact them.

Invasion of personal privacy is a misdemeanor but can bring fines up to $5,000 and up to 6 months in jail.
