Man killed when tractor drives over himBy Associated Press
DEER PARK, Wash. (AP) - Authorities say a 67-year-old Deer Park, Wash., man died when the farm tractor he was trying to fix started unexpectedly and drove over his chest.
Sgt. Bob Christilaw said the man was underneath the tractor Friday evening at his home when it suddenly started. After driving over him, the tractor crashed through a closed shop door and drove into a field before ramming through a corral and crashing into a tree. Paramedics were called but the man died in an ambulance. The Spokane County medical examiner's office did not immediately release the man's name. |
