She's one of western Washington's most eligible bachelorettes, and she's not shy when it comes to what she wants.

Kenzie, a three-year-old Scottish Terrier from Kent, has her eyes on a special someone in the first family.

She's got a big crush on the first dog, Barney, who is also a Scottish Terrier. And Kenzie's owner, Shelby Dobbs, says it's not hard to see why.

"Barney is like the Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise of dogs, so he's high up on the celebrity dog scale," she said.

Kenzie's so desperate to get her paws on Barney that she made a video.

That video became a natural sensation. It's featured on the YouTube Web site this week and so far, 750,000 people have watched it.

"We had an inkling it would be pretty good, we actually did peer reviews with friends and family to see what they thought," said owner, Ben Dobbs.

Kenzie and her family are going to the east coast in the spring, and they're hoping for a little get together with Barney.

They think the two Scotties were made for each other.

"Barney likes soccer and Kenzie is a big fan of playing soccer. And I'm sure they both travel a lot, so there's a lot in common there," Ben Dobbs said.

And while the first dog is keeping his emotions on a short leash, Kenzie is making no bones about hers.

The Scottie hottie believes all the attention she's getting from her video might just help her collar that elusive date with our country's most eligible dog.
