SEATTLE -- A local 6-year-old boy is hoping to become the next Mark Zuckerberg, and the budding entrepreneur recently pitched his company idea at a Seattle startup event.

In front of dozens of strangers, kindergartener Ashwin Gowland sure did act like a grown up when he spoke about his company, Gap Tooth Stickers.

All the adults at the event said Gowland wasn't just the youngest person at the event, but was also the most unforgettable.

"He identified a very clear problem, a logical solution, and even different markets he could take his stickers into. I was like, wow, that was more articulate than 90 percent of the people who went up on stage," said Kyle Kesterson, co-founder of Gap Tooth Stickers.

Gowland's idea was to create stickers that wash off with water. It's something he said he came up with when he noticed that his mom's shirt was ruined by a sticker.

"Because when mom was out at an event, she got a name tag and she forgot to take it off," he said. "I said, 'Let's come up with an idea: wash-off stickers.'"

Even though his feet don't reach the ground when he's sitting in a chair, Gowland said he's ready to run his own company.

Gowland's presentation went over so well that it's no surprise he was given the "Most likely to be the next Mark Zuckerberg" award, named in honor of the Facebook founder.

Gowland and his co-founders are now working on getting more investors to help back the company, do research and create the stickers.
