TACOMA, Wash. - A driver crashed his Toyota Prius into a gas station, sparking a fire on Tuesday.
The driver said his car began experiencing brake problems while he was on I-5. The driver got off the interstate and crossed a busy street, but still couldn't get his car to stop.
Unable to control his car, the man crashed into a gas station. The crash sparked a fire at the station, but firefighters were able to douse the flames quickly.
At least one woman was working inside the store, but no one was hurt.
The car suffered extensive damage from the flames. The damage estimate for the store is not known.
