Gunmen raid home, demand drugs, get nothing
SEATTLE - Two gunmen burst into a North Seattle home Saturday night and demanded drugs from the home's occupants, then duct-taped them and left when they could find no drugs, police said.

The incident began at about 9:35 p.m. when a man who lives at the duplex in the 10000 block of Stone Avenue North answered a knock at the front door.

The man tried to close the door when he didn’t recognize the two men at the door. One of the suspects then pointed a handgun at the man while forcing open the door, police said.

Both residents of the home were forced face-down onto the floor and the suspects demanded to know where the drugs were.

The suspects searched the home and did not find any drugs. The suspects then duct-taped the victims' hands, took their cell phones and fled.

The residents were able to free themselves and drive to the Seattle Police Department's North Precinct, where they told officers what had happened.

The residents said both both of the suspects were armed with handguns and were wearing gloves.
