CAMANO ISLAND, Wash. -- Maxine Kostelyk says she knows the work of Colton Harris-Moore when she sees it.

"I've been hit twice in the last two weeks, so all I can tell you is I know it's him because it's always food and money," she said.

Hardly anything gets past Kostelyk's dog, Emma, but somehow she says 18-year-old Harris-Moore has managed to sneak into her home least eight different times in the past two years. And, she says, the infamous teen burglar who terrorizes area residents is back at it.

"And I just noticed this morning that he took some pizzas," she said.

And Kostelyk may not be the only one with suspicions. Investigators said there have been nine burglaries in Island County in the last two weeks. However, they have not linked any of the cases to Harris-Moore.

Kostelyk believes Harris-Moore hid out in a nearby treehouse, watching her home. And once she had locked up and left, he moved in.

"Two years and yeah, it's very frustrating, but I have no fear of him. But one of the deputies told me last night that I should (have fear)," she said.

Harris-Moore is suspected in some 50 burglaries on Camano Island since he escaped from a halfway house in Renton last year. He's accused of stealing boats in the San Juan Islands, as well as stealing and crashing a small plane near Mount Vernon.

"I think he's just a sad young man that needs help," said Kostelyk.

Deputies searched Kostelyk's property and the neighboring beach over the weekend. Although named long before Harris-Moore was even on law enforcement's radar perhaps, her property's name - "Camp Run Amok" - seems especially appropriate lately.
