The shooting happened at 7:45 p.m. in the 21600 block of 11th Court SE in Bothell, said Cpt. Denise Langford with the Bothell Police Department.
The victim was rushed to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, but his condition is not known.
Langford said the shooter remains at large. She didn't have any information on what led up to the shooting or any motive.
