BREMERTON, Wash. (AP) - Health officials say a Bremerton girl who died Monday had swine flue, but it's unclear if the virus directly caused her death.

The 4-year-old died Monday, but test didn't confirm the presence of H1N1 until Friday.

According to the Kitsap County Health District, the girl did not exhibit usual H1N1 symptoms like fever, cough and sore throat.

The Health District says its advice about swine flu remains the same: cover your cough, don't go to school if you're sick, wash your hands and get vaccinated if you are in a high risk group.
