PITTSBURGH (AP) _ Authorities say former Oregon State linebacker Richard Seigler turned himself into authorities in Pittsburgh Friday and is awaiting extradition to Las Vegas where he faces prostitution-related charges.

Seigler is charged with pandering, providing transportation for a prostitute and living off the earnings of a prostitute.

Seigler, 26, surrendered to Allegheny County Sheriffs deputies and U.S. Marshals.

Police said he is accused of operating the prostitution ring with two women who escorted dates to hotels and casinos.

The Las Vegas native played for Oregon State from 2000 through 2003. The San Francisco 49ers drafted him in the fourth round in 2004, and he went to the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2005. He was cut last year but returned late in the season to the practice squad.

At Oregon State he was a four-year letterman linebacker, selected twice to the All-Pacific 10 team, and was the co-MVP of the Beavers during his senior year.
