SEATTLE - A self-proclaimed local pedophile claims on his Web site he only "looks," but never "touches" little girls.

But KOMO 4 found Jack McClellan wrote just the opposite on a different Web site.

Parents want you to take a good look at Jack McClellan. Because McClellan admits on his Web site and in a March interview that he's a pedophile who loves little girls or, as he calls them, "LG's."

"We just love being around children," McClellan told a Fox network reporter in March. "It's almost like a high, a legal high. It makes us happier than anything in the world."

McClellan, of Arlington, trolls parks, fairs, schools and even church events just to get close to little girls. And then posts the best locations and upcoming events from Seattle to Bellingham that would have a high turnout of little girls.

McClellan's First Amendment rights make what he's doing legal. He even goes out of his way to insist his intentions are not-sexual.

"I really think a lot of this is overblown," McClellan said in March. There's a lot of people like me that have an attraction. We're not going to do anything physical cause of the law. It makes me happy to attend these events."

But KOMO 4 News found Jack McClellan blogging on a separate site that's all about "girl chat." On his blog, McClellan brags about how a girl flirted with him.

And then the bombshell, he writes: "All I want to do is consensually love Lgs. If it were legal to take that all the way to sexual touching, I'd do it."

McClellan won't comment now, claiming he's received death threats on his Web site.

"I think he's really using children in a backward, sick and perverse way," said Sabrina, a local mother who has vowed to shut McClellan's Web site down.

Sabrina says McClellan showed up at Sabrina's daughter's school, took pictures of her, and posted them. Sabrina was right there, but never saw it happen.

"I'm mad," she said. "I'm mad somebody can invade our lives that way and it's OK. It's not OK."

She believes McClellan is a crime waiting to happen.

Sabrina asked us not to use her last name to protect her daughter. She helped spearhead parent complaints that forced McClellan to take photos off his website.

Now Sabrina is working with State Senator Val Stevens to make what McClellan is doing illegal.
