Body pulled from Puyallup River
FIFE, Wash. -- A dead body was discovered in the Puyallup River early Wednesday morning.

The body was found mid-channel near the address of 5100 N. Levee Road in Fife, said Lt. Tom Thompson with Fife Police.

The Pierce County Sheriff's dive team was working to recover the body.

There's no word yet how the person died, or their age or gender.
