Man critically wounded in Renton drive-by shooting
RENTON, Wash. -- A drive-by shooting has left a man critically injured and police searching for the shooter.

The shooting happened just before 6 p.m. on Carr Road near 174th, said Paul Cline with Renton Police.

Witnesses told police the 24-year-old victim was walking on the sidewalk when a car approached and someone inside opened fire, striking the man.

Medics rushed the man to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle where he was listed in critical condition, Cline said.

The shooter is still on the loose and police are talking with witnesses to help get a description.
