5 injured in head-on crash on Hwy 101 in Shelton
SHELTON, Wash. -- Five people were injured in a head-on crash on Highway 101 on Monday night.
Troopers said the incident occurred between W. Shelton-Matlock Rd. and W. Cloquallum Rd. at approximately 7:45 p.m.
Five people, including three juveniles, were injured, troopers said. All five victims sustained non-life threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash has not been determined, and the investigation is ongoing.
A stretch of the roadway was shut down for several hours on Monday night for investigation.
