2 men seriously injured in head-on crash in Snohomish
SNOHOMISH, Wash. -- Two men were seriously injured in a collision on Thursday night.
Snohomish County sheriff's spokesperson Rebecca Hover said the crash occurred in the 8200 block of Lowell-Snohomish River Road shortly after 6:30 p.m.
An eastbound Ford pickup truck crossed the center line, and crashed, head on, into a Ford Escort, she said.
The driver of the Escort, an Everett man in his 40s, was taken to Harborview Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
The pickup driver, a Snohomish man in his 20s, was taken to Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland with serious injuries.
The cause of the crash has not been determined, and the investigation is ongoing.
